After losing her husband, Mila withdraws into a quiet life in a camper van by a lake. Lia is a young nomad, a traveller who has spent most of her life in motion, like a bird that rarely lands. When their paths cross, both women are transformed. Through Lia, Mila begins to rediscover movement and the possibility of life within grief, while Lia sets out on a journey to discover who she truly is and how to become a better person.
